    Bread Making
be masticated well, and on this account the people had beautiful white teeth even in their old age. Sometimes two, bread was made of rye but this was very very hard. The grain was ground between two stones and later in a small hand mill. When flour was first used it was great treat and people only bought a stone or even less at a time.
