    Old Sayings.
A stitch in time saves nine.
It is never too late to mend. A new broom sweeps clean. Work is better than talk. Hunger is good sauce. An idle person tempts the devil. Empty vessels make the most sound. The man on the ditch is the hurler. The wind does not blow the best man. Liars ought to have goof memories. Keep the main road and you are safe. On their merits modest men are dumb. Reading is to mind what exercise is to the body.
Debt is the worst kind of poverty.
    Seeing is believing.
