    Weather Lore
    When the stars are glittering from the sky it is the sign of frost, or when the stars are bright it is the sign of a calm night.
    When there is red stripes on the sky it is the sign of a storm.
    When the wind blows from the north it is the sign of snow or very cold weather.
    When the sun rises in the morning brightly is the sign of a fine day
    A rain-bow in the morning is the sign of broken weather.
    When there are clouds in the sky it is the sign of broken weather
    A bright clean sun is the sign of fine weather.
