    Holy Wells.
    There is a well in Ahaseragh. George Maher is the man who owned the field in which the well is situated. He did not like people to be going their, through his land. And he took the cross from the well and brought it over to another man's field when he brought it there cattle, sheep, and pigs were dying on him and had to leave it back again
