Severe Weather.
In 1917 there was a great fall of snow in the 15th on Thursday and it lasted for four weeks. The people were very busy carting the snow to let the traffic pass. It was about three feet in height. And there was a few men lost in the snow.
There was also a very big wind in 1910 on Saturday in July. It knocked houses about a half a mile from Ballyforan(continues on next page)- Collector
