    Churning
    Long ago the old people had different ways of Churning. Every farmer has cows. The people milk the cows every morning and evening then it is brought in and strained into a clean basin and then it is left their for about five or six days in Winter and two days in Summer-time. And then the cream is taken out with a wooden spoon and in a crock
