  1. Old Saying.
Leave a little wear for the rainy day,
It is too late to spare when all is spent,
    Don't put off to-morrow what you can't (?) do to-day,
One to-day is worth two to-morrow
Those who cannot have what they like must learn to like what they have,
A bird in your hand is worth two in the bush,
The mill cannot grind with the water that is past,
    Small leaks sink great ships,
Keep your shop and your shop will keep you.
