  1. The village in which I live is called Creeher. It is in the townlad of Ballyforan and the Parish of Taughboy. There are twelve houses in the village. Most of the houses are thatched but there are three houses which are slated. There were a few old houses in the village long ago but there are none of them to be seen now. Mostly all of the village is surrounded by bog. There are fifty three people in the village. There were old houses in Creeher long ago but they are not there now. The
