    The name of the landlord in Creeher was McGibor. Landlords are those who rule over the land. There are no landlords in the district nowadays as there were long ago. There was a landlord in Ballyforane and his name was Baggot These people were very poor.
    The people of the village had to feed them and give them place to sleep. Every house in the village had to keep these people for one month.
