    mound on the sea-shore directly opposite Teampall Fé thuinn inward. The coffin was placed on the mound and left there, but during the night it was removed by unseen hands to the old Church beneath the waves.
    It continued till the death of a young man who was the only son of a deceased chieftain of the Cantillons.
