  1. Many years ago when the people had no oil lamps or candles they made their own light. When they killed a cow or a sheep or a goat they would take the fat out of them, then they would melt it.
    When they had it melted they got a mould, then they platted white cotton thread together, when they had that done, they put the thread into the mould, leaving a bit of the thread above the top of the mould. Then they poured the melted fat into the mould
