  1. Shone Burns was one of the strongest of our local heroes. He lived in this district. Once a man was tormented from animals trespassing on his lawn. So he built a high wall round the lawn with a gate to go in and come out. This was kept locked day and night. Shone Burns found a horse one night grazing outside the wall, so he caught him and threw him in over the wall.
