  1. The people long ago had only three meals in the day, breakfast, dinner and supper. Everyone worked for about four hours in the morning before eating. For the three times they used eat they had potatoes and salt. They used drink skimmed milk. The table used be in the centre of the floor for the meals. The kind of bread they used long ago was paka. They made it with meal and water.
    They always ate meat and never sold salmon but salted them and ate them. They used eat all kind of vegitables. They used eat turnips without pealing them. It is gone
