  1. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday are lucky days. People would not like to start building a house on Monday or Friday. People would not start ploughing on a Saturday because they say it would never be finished.
    The Cross Day of the Year is St Brigid's Eve. The two last days in March and the three first days in April are the days of the old cow.
