    take a half hour before the cream became butter. My father said that he heard many stories about churning but he has them forgotten now.

  2. The old people of the district never wore boots or shoes. Only since the last couple of years the people began to wear boots. They used never wear boots around the house. Going to town they used to carry their boots in their hands. When they reached the Convent Cross they used to put them on there.
