  1. People in olden times ate bread made out of wheaten flour. It was made into round cakes. One of these cakes would have to do a man.
    They also ate bread made from yellow meal which was called "Pauk".
    During the great war people ate bread made out of dark flour which was called "Black Bread".
    They ate bread made from potatoes and sour milk. They made this every day. These were made into squares one for every meal. This bread was called "Stampey".
