  1. The people long ago used to have three meals a day. The times that they used to have them were morning midday and evening. The food that used to have was potatoes and milk and salt. It was very rarely they used to have meat only at Christmas. At every house they used to kill an animal to eat or any wild animal they used to catch them. They used to have bread very seldom and that was pake. The people long ago were a lot stronger than what they are now. The vessels saucepans and pannies. Any fish they used to catch used to eat them.
