  1. There is a holy well between Causeway and Odorney. The well got its name in the following way. A priest was saying Mass near the well and a number of people were gathered there. The soldiers were coming near and they had bloodhounds. When they were coming near the people thought they were caught, three weathers jumped out of the well and the hounds followed them and the people excaped.
