  1. We light candles on Christmas Eve at seven o'clock. We put two candles on each of the kitchen windows and one on each of the room windows inside in jampots decorated with coloured paper.
    We have a crib in one of the kitchen windows and a candle lighting at each side. Usually the youngest person in the house lights them. We also light candles on New Year's Eve but on this occasion we only light one on each window.
    We put small candles lighting in front of the crib. My father lights them. They are always left lighting until morning. On Christmas some of the boys go around trying to catch
