  1. We have the month of June now. There are only thirty days in the month of June. The birds are to be heard singing morning and evening and many times during the day. The little birds have their nests built. The grass is growing in the fields. The dew falls very heavy in the month of June. The days are getting longer and longer and the nights are getting shorter and shorter. June is the second month of summer. June is the loveliest month of the year. The turf is not dry yet. The sun rises early in the morning and it sets late in the evening. The sun gives out great heat.
