  1. The locaal fairs are held in Claremorris and Balindine. They are held in a green. No fairs are held in the village. Buyers often come to a crossroads or to farm-houses to buy animals. There were no fairs held formerly that are discontionued now.
    People have to give toll when they buy an animals. When cattle are sold people have to give luck money.
