  1. When Saint Patrick was building his his church in Aughagower a man came to him with a bull. Saint Patrick killed the bull to supply meat for his workmen. He left the skin up carefully. Not many days after the owner of the bull got sorry for parting with him and he demanded the bull from St Patrick. St Patrick struck the skin with his staff and it turned into a bull again and he gave him to the owner. On the way home the bull killed his owner.
