  1. In olden day when Séamus reigned there dwelt in Cillín church a spirit called the Láimh Fhada Dubh. Cillín church is situated about 1 1/2 miles on the west side of the school. Long ago the people thought that there was an old woman who had a long black hand. They say that she used to be churning during the day. No one dared to pass that road
