    There was a man going home from visit one night and he saw a person sitting down on the side of the road. At first he thought he saw he very queer and he walked into her and he was it was the Ban Sidhe that was sitting on the side of the road combing her hair. When he seen her first he thought she was some other woman so he struck her with his stick and she showed him her teeth and he ran away from her and she followed him and hardly ever he made the door before she caught him
