Long ago the people used to spin there own wool and make the flannel. There was a woman living in Aran and she had a lot of flax to spin hanging from the rafter. One day a woman came in to her, and they were talking together. The fairy woman said to the other woman "You have a lot of flax to spin" I have she said and I do not what to do.
