  1. Two girls stand for the "Knife and Fork".
    A row of girls goes out between them and the last one stands. Then they ask which will she take the knife or the fork.
    She goes to the back of the girl named the knife or the fork as the case may be and they continue on until all the girls are called. There is a tug war between the knives and forks.
