    There was an old man in Aran long ago and when he died they could not get a habit long enough to fit him.

    He was a long time dead when there was a man going up the road one morning and he saw the same man coming down and he had black legs and the other man asked him why was his legs black, and he said when I died the habit they put on me was too short and that much of me now is in purgatory
