  1. 1. In the village of Killternan there dwelt a woman by the name of Mrs Loughnane. She had a charm for a "Cléithín".
    The "cléithín" means the falling down of the chest. When the chest falls down it becomes a point at the bottom of the stomach and then the point presses in on the stomach.
    To cure this disease the point must be brought out again.
    It is cured by an oatmeal cake and a glass tumbler and a candle.
