  1. Once upon a time there was a man named Pat King in Derrywoe he went on some business to town. And when he came home from town he let out his horse to eat some grass while he was eating his own supper. After he had his supper eaten he went out to the field to catch his horse it was middlen dark.When he went into the field he saw a great deal of horses he went up to catch his own horse but at that moment all the horses disappered. The man then rushed into his own house and told the whole story to some of his neighbour's who were in the house.
    Then some of his neighbour's went out to the field to put in his horse when they went into the field they men could not see a trace of the horse. The men
