    All the children except two are chickens. One is a hen and the other a fox. The fox is in a corner sharpening knives and the chickens get behind the hen. The hen then asks the fox what is he blowing the fire for and he says
    To wash the forks
    and knives
    What are the forks
    and knives for
    To cut off the heads of your chickens.
    The hen then says "what did they do on you". The fox says "they have eaten all my barley". Then they all run off and the fox gets after them.
