- There is a well near Michael Hannicks in Lankill and the people say St. Patrick passed that well when he was going to the Reek. There is water in it and they say it was blessed by St. Patrick. They say it was not far from Michael Hanicks. Nobody likes to interfere with that well but many go to see it. The place where the well is it is called the Stone Park. It is like any ordinary well. When it rains it is full up.
