- Calling up the dead. One night a man said he would pass a graveyard and call all the ghosts out. He passed the graveyard at about twelve o clock as he said he would. About a million of small things arose from under the stones with white sheets on their heads which ran beside the graveyard. There was a river on the other side of the road and hte man was flung into the river and drowned. I heard this story from Sarah Kerrigan, Knappa-Beg Westport
