  1. One day Richard O Malley of Raoigh was cutting oats in the field. It was late in harvest and all his neighbours had their oats cut. He was cutting all day long. He came in at ten o'clock in the evening and he got his supper. He told his wife and the children to go to bed that he would go up again to the field to cut more oats and that he would stay only a few hours. Then his wife and the children went to bed. He closed the door after him and went away up to the field to cut more oats. It
