  1. One night about twelve o'clock a man went for his mare to Liscarney hill. The mare was beside a sheep pen. Just when he was putting bridle on her he heard a few shouts. He turned around and to his great surprise he saw a little man behind him dressed in white. He went on horseback as quickly as he could but the little man kept with him all the time. When the fairy came to a small bothrin he suddenly disappa red.Light are often seen there.
