  1. One day Dean Swift and his servant were at dinner and Dean Swift have his servant a bone to pick. The servant was complaining about the bone when there wasn't much meat on it. Dean Swift answered. "The nearer the bone the sweeter the meat". Oneday sometime afterwards the servant tied Dean Swift's horse to a rock. Dean Swift complained about no grass being on the rock. The servant answered "The nearer the rock the sweeter the grass".
