  1. Long ago when St. Patrick came to Aughagower going to Croagh Patrick a multitude followed him and they got hungry. They saw a lot of cattle in a field which belonged to a landlord and St. Patrick told them to take the bull and to roast it for themselves. He told them not to let one bone to loss. They gathered up all the bones after they had eaten and brought them with them.
    Before they were at the Reek the man that owned the bull followed them with his men to take St. Patrick a prisoner for taking the bull. St. Patrick told his men to put the bones
