  1. I live in Delphie in the Parish of Leenane. There are only three houses in this village and a big Lodge. The houses are built alike slated and having three rooms. Delphie got its name from some place in Greece. There are six people over 70 years, in this place, they can speak and tell stories in Irish. This village was only once mentioned in a song called "Delphie Lodge" The land is all mountain in this place and there is only one wood and it is around
