  1. In the far off days long ago, years before the Prison farm in the Parish of Balla was striped into holdings of land it is said there was an old cow that never dried of milk. She grazed on the Prison Farm. Nobody knew where she came from or nobody knew where she went to. Every one came from near and far to milk her. She filled everyone's can with milk.
