  1. There is a blessed well situated in the village of Cushion. It is called St Ann's well. It is a cure for sore eyes. People come for far & near to make a station at that well. You have to pay three visits to the well one on Monday one on Wednesday & one the following Monday. To begin the station you must kneel on a rock far away from the well and say seven Pather Aves. then you have to go in side the door of the well & say five our fathers & five Hail Mary's
