  1. The clothes the people wore long ago were all homespuns. A weaver lived in Hollyhill & he used to weave cloth for the people & they would buy it of him & give him a very poor price. They would bring it to a tailor that lived in a small village called Mace. People came a long journy to him. He was a very tidy tailor. His name was Pat Gibbons. All his family are gone to America & he himself is dead. He often spent a whole week
