We hear from the old people that he came on from Balla on his way to the Reek He must have rested in our village at a waterfall because there is a chair there & it is called St Patricks chair. Its of limestone shaped like an armchair. In times gone by people used to come from far distinces to see it. Everyone wondered at it. because it was beautifully shaped.
