  1. There was once a man and he used to go to Killaloe every day on a horse and car and when he was coming home one night the horse fell on the ground and the man was trying to get him up, but he could not do so. Then he was keeping the horse down for fear he would get up and run away.
    After a while a may man came out from under the hedge and lifted up the horse and said nothing but went in under the hedge again. It was very late when home that night and every night afterwards he used
