  1. There is a ruin of a church about half a mile from Parteen. It is down in Parteen grave yard. There are only two walls left and there is no roof on it. It was built of stone and cement. There are steps up to the church and there is a stone wall all round it. There are many graves all round the church. It is in the middle of a field. There is a very bad passage in to the graveyard. There is a river flowing at the back of the church and when the tide comes it makes the place very wet.
