    to cure a headache. First they say and then they rub the water to their foreheads, they leave a medal, or a rosary beads, or a holy picture at the well.
    Very often people tried to draw water from the well for household purposes but they were stopped by some power. Once there was a woman named Mrs Dillon who went to draw water but as she reached the well she fell and broke her leg and she said she would never draw from the well again.
