  1. The people around this district say that there are three forts in Coonagh. Caheen is about a quarter of a mile away from my house. It is surrounded by a stone wall. Not many years ago a man went searching the place but he was hunted by the fairies and her found nothing. The people say that cabbage was sown there and the plants withered.
A mile away there is a fort called Knock. It is situated on a big hill and surrounded by a big wall; people call it the Fort Field. Not many years ago the owner of the field dug for gold in the fort but was hunted by the fairies
