    "Herbs"
    There is a herb called Praiseach Bhúidhe which does great harm,to the corn and wheat.It is impossible to separate it from corn.
    The dandelion does great damage also,and its roots are very long.
    Thistles only grow in good land.
    Nettles on only grow in bad land and make the land very poor.
    Chicken-weed destroys potatoes and vegetables.
    A herb named turkey -grass is a cure for rheumatism .It is boiled in water for a few hours, and then given to the patient to drink.
    A herb named meachan tathú or wild carrot ,is a cure for boils.
    A dog-leaf is a cure for a sting of a nettle .
    Ribbon grass is a cure for cuts
