    Strong Men.
    Tom O Brien who belongs to this parish was a very strong man for throwing a half hundred weight.
    Michael Clune who was eighty three years last week was a great man for taking a hop step,and a jump and also for jumping stone walls and for mowing hay.He often cut an acre a day.
    Frank Clune who is now dead was the best man that ever stood on a floor to dance jigs ,reels and horn-pipes.
