There was a young man one time and he used to go to his cousins house every night, and he had to pass a "fort "and he always said he would be lonesome going home ,and his cousins used have to go with him .So he got tired of doing
that ,and they said they would try and frighten him ,the way he would stop at home .So one night they said they would go and frighten him .So this night they went and brought chains with them and when they went into the "fort" they saw a lot of fairies and they rattling chains as hard as they could ,and they ran home and said that they would never frighten anyone again, and the boy heard of it,and he never went out again until he was a big man.
