  1. The following are the games we play in Autumn
    Games How to play them.
Swings. First of all we get a long strong rope. Then we throw one end of it over the rafters of a house, and we tie it to the other end. One of us sits in the loop and someone else pushes him. After a while someone else gets up on the swing and so on.
Picky bed. First of all I draw a diagram like the one on the next page. Then I throw a small stone into "A". I hop in after it and I hit it out again with my foot.
