    Used as a food for invalids. Oat meal is steeped in lukewarm water for 12 hours. The water is drained off, and the residue is boiled in milk. No longer made here.
    Blood Puddings are still filled.
    Blood, onions, pepper, salt, oatmeal, spice ingredients. Allowed to simmer in hot water until cooked.
